Overview

This website is operated by SinghFreres LLC ("SinghFreres", "we", "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and pricing

All signs are custom and priced by quote. Prices shown on the site are starting points. Your final price, specifications, production time and shipping are set out in your written quote, which is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Design approval

We provide a design render for your approval before production. Production begins only after you approve the render and your deposit is received. Changes requested after approval may affect price and timing.

Your artwork

You confirm that you own or have permission to use any logos, names, artwork or trademarks you send us, and you are responsible for any claims arising from their use. We may photograph finished work for our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Payment

Orders require a deposit to begin production, with the balance due before shipment unless your quote states otherwise.

Installation and permits

Unless included in your quote, installation, electrical connection and any local permits or landlord approvals are the customer's responsibility.

Returns, shipping and warranty

Our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy form part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
