Custom orders

Every SinghFreres sign is made to order to the design render and specifications you approve. Because of this, finished signs cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once production has started.

Deposits

Deposits cover design and materials. A deposit is refundable only if you cancel before you approve the final design render and before production begins. Once you approve the design, the deposit is non-refundable.

Damaged, defective or incorrect signs

If your sign arrives damaged, defective or different from the approved design, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the sign and packaging. We will repair or remake it at no cost to you, or issue a refund if a repair or remake is not possible.

Warranty

We stand behind our fabrication and electrical components. If an LED module or power supply fails under normal use, contact us with your order number and we will help you resolve it.
