Production time

Every sign is made to order. Production begins once your design render and specifications are approved and your deposit is received. Your expected ship date is confirmed in your quote.

Pre-shipment inspection

Before anything ships, we send you photos and video of the finished sign, lit and unlit, so you can confirm it matches your approved design.

Where we ship

We ship throughout the United States, and internationally on request. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility unless stated in your quote.

Shipping cost and method

Signs are protectively packed or crated and insured in transit. Shipping cost and method are included in your quote. Tracking details are emailed once your sign ships.

Transit damage

Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any transit damage within 48 hours, with photos, so we can file the claim and make it right.
